   Information we collect

   When you complete the assessment we collect your company name, HQ location, sector, market focus, ARR, target customer profile, investment stage, your answers and traction figures, and your email address.

   Why we process it

   • To calculate your maturity, traction and funding readiness scores.
   • To write your readiness narrative and 90-day roadmap. Your answers are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for this, server-side.
   • To produce your downloadable PDF report.
   • So the SIDEKICK team can review submissions and contact you about your report.

   Access and security

   Submissions are stored in an access-controlled database. Your report is visible only through its private link and to authorised SIDEKICK staff. We do not sell or lease founder information.

   Do not submit sensitive information

   Please do not submit confidential, classified, commercially sensitive, patent-pending or special-category personal data.

   Your rights

   Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you or ask us to delete your submission by emailing [email protected].
